Scooby...the elf

We've actually had our elf for a couple of years now.
This year, nobody could remember his name. (we're really stupid for not writing it down somewhere)
So Cutler named him Scooby.
I'm pretty sure we get a new elf each year though, so it's good.

And sometimes either our elf sleeps in, is too tired in the night,

or the kids were just so good that day he didn't need to report back to Santa.

Not sure which of these it might be, but he doesn't always move.

The only thing I know for sure, is he isn't doing the trick this year.

The kids couldn't care less if he goes back to Santa at night.

Oh boy! I hope Santa really does come this year!!
