We got this game for Christmas, and while playing it the other night, I just had to take some pictures.

New Years Eve

I loved that New Years was on a Saturday this year. Colby had the day off, and we just played...all day.

Part of the day was spent doing one of our favorite things...shooting the guns.

 This is my gun. A few years ago I told Colby I wanted a little hand gun with a laser. It seems like I went away one weekend and when I got back, he had this for me. I like having it. But holy crap!! it hurts to shoot it. It kicks like a mother, and my hands sting like crazy when I'm done. I can only shoot about 8 rounds and that's it. But it's a fun little gun to have.

While we were shooting, Lexie entertained herself in the dirt. I love that she's a girly girl, but will get dirty if needed.

Later...

we went to Danjanovich's for a yummy prime rib dinner, games, and fireworks!

We kinda forgot to find them on Christmas, so since we were all there again on New Years, we did it then.

Lexie found them this year!!

So she got the present, and gets to buy the one for next year.

We played scum, and did our best to stay up till midnight.

At about 11:00 the kids started wanting to do fireworks, so we caved at 11:30.

After the fireworks, we left. Our friends had invited us over, so since we didn't make it earlier, we stopped by right as the ball was dropping.

And rang in the New Year with them!!
