Colby had to work this year since he left the next day on vacation. So the kids and I spent a good part of the day in Minersville. We found a spot for the parade by Makayla's family, and the little girls were in heaven (sung...opera style)!!
After the parade we went to grandma Carter's house and had lunch with some more of the family. I only took one picture...and I'm not happy about it! This is my cousin Jed's baby, Shaun. I try to always take pictures when I'm with my grandma and grandpa. They are the most amazing people!!
After lunch, we headed up to the park for some fun. It was hot! And we only stayed for another hour or so, then headed home so we could continue our 4th with Colby, and the rest of our family!!
