The second day we played back to back. Our poor boys were completely worn out by about the middle of the second game. And I'm pretty sure the coach had had it too! Noah did so much better batting at these games than the day before. Each time he hit, he got on base, and he was able to score.
I love all the teaching moments he has during the game. Watching him learn to steal was so fun.
And listening to the coach tell him to swing at the ball...hard...with both hands...all the way through!
We're having a lot of fun with this team. They may not be the best, but they try pretty hard.
And there are a lot of times we get upset with them as the parent, but we've been given strict instructions from the coach to let him coach, and we give them the positive reassurance and encouragement they need.
