Wrestling has begun

I love watching wrestling. I think mostly because it's a one man sport. You win because of the hard work you put in. If you lose, there's only you to blame. And the ref :) but mostly just you.
Cutler isn't so sure he loves it, but I convinced him to try it again this year. He has the hardest time with losing, nobody likes to, but he really is kind of a pretty bad poor sport. So, I think he definitely should wrestle.
This year his first match was against a kid that really was a lot bigger than him. But…he still won!!

Outstanding Student

Noah got the Outstanding Student award for Math today at school for his class. If there's one thing he absolutely loves right now, it's school, and Mr. Prince. That guy is literally THE BEST teacher out there. I had him for third grade, and I love that Noah gets to have him. He was my favorite teacher!!

Noah's birthday

Noah turned 11 today - seriously!! Where has the time gone?!! We love this boy so much! He is such a good helper, when he wants to be :) he's an amazing student, and really tries hard to do his best at whatever it is he's working on. 

We didn't get to do too much for his party, he had football and they've made it very clear you don't miss practice for a birthday party! Not even your own I guess. So we had pumpkin and banana cream pie at Kent & Sherie's, opened some presents and called it a night. 

Oh, and a double rainbow!! You know who was watching and there for him today!!

First deer hunt

Thought we'd just take the kids along for the ride while trying to find a deer…maybe?? 

It was a nice drive, until Mason was hungry and wanted to get out of the bumpy truck!

Best big sister

Every morning, first thing Lexie does when she wakes up is come in my room and ask to hold Mason. She loves to talk to him and try to get him to talk back. She's always trying to make him smile and laugh. She wanted a sister SO badly, and even though she loves him as much as she does, she'll still tell me she wants a sister. But for now, she can't get enough of this boy! And I think it's safe to say he loves her too!!

And at the end of the day she's right there picking the toe jam out of his toes!! That's true love!!
